Ferentin encrypts all data at rest using AWS-native encryption mechanisms with strong industry-standard cryptographic algorithms (AES-256). Storage services including Amazon RDS, EBS volumes, S3, and backups are encrypted by default using AWS Key Management Service (KMS). Encryption keys are securely managed with strict access controls, ensuring sensitive data remains protected against unauthorized access.

Ferentin employs continuous threat detection across its AWS environment using automated monitoring, anomaly detection, and real-time alerting. Network activity is logged and analyzed through VPC Flow Logs, AWS GuardDuty, and CloudWatch to identify suspicious behavior, unauthorized access attempts, and potential data exfiltration. Security alerts are reviewed promptly by the security team to ensure rapid investigation, containment, and remediation of threats.
